[September Poll Winner] Let it go sis! WIP Sketch

Heya there mateys!!! 

It took me a little while, but finally I figured a nice scenario for our Ice Queen winner. Since Elsa is really powerful, I decided make her sister Anna the tickler, cause I think it makes sense she allows her sister have some "old times" tickle time. (don't worry, you'll see what I'm talking about in the next update) Also, I used their outfits from WI FI Ralph, cause I feel their casual clothes fit more in a common sister moment.
