Back in the day when I started reading One Piece, I often think about it's character designs. They are not like your usual anime proportions, kinda more exaggerated and cartoonish. And of course the female characters are no different. When I was younger, I wonder why the female characters looks like the way they are. As I grow older, I understand more and more why Oda draw them that way HAHA~
