Monarch Oath skin?

This is a commission I got from the commissioner to design Monarch's oath skin(because he said she deserve more love ^^b) and after I finish this he told me that "why don't you submit this work to Yostar and see if they accept it and make this a genuine skin" 

Honestly, I don't know where I can submit this to but he said later that he already submit it for me. ^^;

so I'll post this in Patreon only until know the result, if this doesn't get accept it will available in next Reward box
