You can pick as many or as little as you want. Since there's so many, don't feel obligated. I know it's a lot to read through, believe me! That's one of the reasons why I avoid doing omnipolls too often, since I don't want you to feel overwhelmed. But maybe one time at the start of every month wouldn't be too bad. It's handy to gauge interest.
