3月の終わりによせて(Blog)

早いもので、pixivへの投稿を始めてから1ヶ月が経ちました。これもすべて支援者の皆さまのおかげです！本当にありがとうございます。まだまだ技術的に未熟で思い通りのものが作れていませんが、皆さまの期待に応えられるよう、日々精進していきます。

1ヶ月の活動を振り返り、反省すべき点が2つあります。

1つ目は数字に囚われていたことです。

FANBOXやpixivの投稿者ページは数字を稼ぐよう煽るような作りになっています。

正直なところ、3月途中から初心を忘れ、作品のクオリティよりもこれらの数字に意識が向いてしまっていました。支援者の皆さまには心からお詫び申し上げます。

4月以降は、数字への意識を捨て、少しでも支援者の皆さまに喜んでいただけるような作品作りに専念します。数字（データ）はもちろん大切ですが、今後はアンケートや継続特典でいただくフィードバックを大切に、制作を進めていきたいと思います。

もう1つの課題は、投稿ペースとクオリティのバランスです。現状、毎日投稿していますが、そのためにクオリティを犠牲にしています。また、似たような内容を複数回に分けてしまっていたり、個人的に納得のいくクオリティでの制作ができていません。投稿ペースは慎重に検討していきますが、バランスを取りながら支援者の皆さまにとって最も良いペースを探っていければと考えています。

なお、投稿は作り貯めたものを予約投稿しているため、クオリティ含めしばらくは大きく変わることはありません。

そして、お知らせです。以前の案内で触れたLLMを取り入れたチャットボットのサービスは4月中にテスト公開を目指しています。継続特典等についても、引き続き充実させていく予定です。ぜひ、引き続きご利用いただけると嬉しいです。

最後になりましたが、4月からも皆さまに喜んでいただける作品をお届けできるよう努力してまいります。どうぞ、これからも応援のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Time flies, and it has already been a month since I started posting on pixiv. This is all thanks to the support of each and every one of you! I truly appreciate it. Although my skills are still quite raw and I can't always create the content I envision, I will continue to refine my craft daily to meet your expectations.

Looking back on my first month, there are two areas where I need to improve.

The first issue is my fixation on numbers.

The FANBOX and pixiv creator pages seem designed to encourage a focus on generating higher numbers.

To be honest, I lost sight of my original intentions halfway through March and became more concerned with these statistics than the quality of my work. I sincerely apologize to all of my supporters.

From April onwards, I will let go of my obsession with numbers and focus on creating content that brings joy to my supporters. While data is undoubtedly important, I will value the feedback I receive through surveys and ongoing rewards as I continue my creative journey.

The second challenge is finding a balance between my posting frequency and the quality of my work. Currently, I post every day, which has led to sacrificing quality. I have also split similar content into multiple parts and have not been able to create work that satisfies me personally. While I will carefully consider my posting pace, my goal is to find the best balance that serves the interests of my supporters.

Please note that since I have scheduled posts prepared in advance, there will be no significant changes in quality for the time being.

Additionally, I have an announcement to share. As previously mentioned, we are planning to test-launch a chatbot service incorporating LLM technology in April. We also intend to continue enhancing ongoing rewards and other features. I would be thrilled if you continue to use and enjoy these offerings.

In conclusion, I will strive to deliver content that brings joy to all of you from April onwards. Thank you for your continued support.
