Content delivery: December

Hey folks.

Here is the content delivery schedule for early December.

- The Miqo'te set which was in early access to Tier IV will not be available to all Tier III subs.

-Tier I and Tier II subs will get the key "Flat colored" and "Black and white" images of the Miqo'te set respectively.

- Lastly a new Game dev report, which will go through progress on both 3072 AD and the squeal little piggy game. With 3072 getting closer to a patch release.
