こんにちは、今回は残念なお知らせです。

内容としては

「この記事の公開時点より、梅プランで回覧できるの限定記事の回覧期限を公開月から２ヶ月前まで」と変更させていただきたいと思います。

勝手な変更なのは重々承知ですが、主な理由として、公開内容の不当な転載があります。

残念なことに、支援者の方の中にスクレイピングを行って無断転載を行っているユーザーがいたということで、そのユーザーはおそらく転載するためだけに支援している思われます。

実はこのことは前に一度あったことを知っていて、注意をして見ていたため今回については「どのユーザーが"それ"をしたのか？」はほとんど目星がついています。

この行為は支援してくださっている皆さんのために僕が制作した財産を不当に奪う、悪質極まりない犯罪行為であり、法的手段に訴えることがもちろん可能です。

しかしながら、このユーザー１人に対して何か対処したところで、２度起きていることなのでまた同様な人は現れるでしょう。

応援してくださっている皆さんのためにもこんなことはしたくはないので、

なにか私でとれる別の対策は無いか色々検討したのですが

・FANBOXの運営であるpixivに連絡したものの「わかりました、自分でなんとかしてください（要約）」という返事で具体的な対策を講じてくれなかった。

・転載サイトに本人確認して訴えるというサービスが提示している方法（後述）もあるが、そもそもが悪質極まりないサービスであり、そんなものを運営している危険で得体の知れない卑怯で下劣で粗末な人たちに自分の個人情報を教える義理はないし、リスクが大きい。

・一度されたときに色々試行錯誤したが、対策を考えつく前に二度目があったため、これ以上看過できない。

以上、結果的にではありますが、前述したプラン内容の変更をという形で様子をみさせていただき、これ以上看過できない状況が続くのであれば、さらに別の手段、最悪の場合法的手段を検討するという形にさせていただきます。

松、竹プランではすべて見れるように変更はない形にしておきます。

また、ひょっとしたらこの件について気になって探す人がもしかしたらいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、

僕としては現時点ではこの件について然るべきは警察に相談したり弁護士を雇い、法的手段に出るということも可能であり、

その場合は私の財産であるコンテンツを不当に転載した犯罪者を正当な手段でサービス運営者から無断転載かDLおよび回覧したユーザーの情報を開示させることも可能です、

なので支援してくださっている大切な皆さんが犯罪に加担しないためにも決して関わらないようにしていただきたいです。
