Pearly's Salon 0.4 (Public Version)

After several bugfixes and updates, I can say this is the definite version for 0.4, so it should be bug free as possible (with some minor persistent bugs that isnt too breaking I hope)

So now I can focus fully on making contents and features for 0.5 version, bringing back certain features that was absent as well some new ones, that was previously hinted on the last devblog.

So I hope you all can enjoy what little the current iteration of Pearly's Salon, I promise it will grow.
