For the first pic of the month, we've got Nightcrawler (from X-Men)!!

Obviously, the recent X-Men ‘97 awesomeness has inspired a lot of X-Men characters in recent weeks, and the same could be said for this one, although I’ve taken elements from a couple of different versions of Kurt on this piece, so I wouldn’t necessarily refer to him as the X-Men ’97 version, but more of an amalgam.

I followed a similar colouring style to what I’ve been doing lately. The easiest way to describe it is that I’m still blending the first layer of shading, but then subsequent layers follow more cut-edge or comic style rules. I’ve been enjoying the look of this lately and I think it worked quite well for Kurt here too. ?

You Beasts will have some variants in here with some different backgrounds, different finishes, with/without mess and of course you’ll have all of the usual stuff too (4K, Timelapses, Workfiles etc.). ?
