Big Mac

The next pic of the month is the Solo Poll winner, Mac (from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia)!! ?

I must again apologise for a lack of WIPs this week - February timelines + different art programmes kept me very distracted!!

Because I started in Clip Studio, you’ll again see 2 different timelapses, but you may also notice certain ideas from the sketch stage never made it into the final version - this was partly to do with time & also from going between programmes (Although I did stop myself from making WIPs anyway at the end this time!! ?).

I won’t go into the long version, but every so often, I look into art apps to make sure I’m using the best one for me, and for the work. I usually do this when I have some free time, but my recent interest in Clip Studio triggered this and left me feeling like I had to be sure about what I was using before I continued, so I’ve tried about 5 or 6 different apps in the last few days.

Ultimately, I tested out a lot of stuff, but I think Procreate may still be best for me right now (which is why everything from the flats for this pic was done there).

I’m a little upset I ran out of time because I was super excited to work on Mac (I loved the suggestion AND how much support it had) and as I said, I had more I wanted to do for him. However, I’m happy with the pose, the ropes (thanks to Clip), and the colouring from Procreate (which reminded me that I may be taking it for granted a little).

I opted for this pose for him because, while we can’t see much of his face, we DO get a good look at some other crucial stuff… and from experience, I think there are a lot of ? fans out there… ?

You Beasts will have some variants in there of course such as versions with/without mess (& price ?), some different backgrounds, some colour variants… and of course all of the usual 4K versions of everything, work files, timelapses etc.
