It’s a pack with dozens of modular 16×16 battlemap tiles for assembling the wide-open city streets of a Japanese-inspired settlement with! Combine any two tiles for a full-size battlemap, or slap a dozen of them together for those sprawling chases where players just cannot stop chasing that guy.

• Bridges & checkpoints make for good chokepoints.

• Populate the streets with crowds. Crowds create moral dilemmas & mobile hazards.

• Host a chase where the quarry has a single-use jumping item & is running towards the city exterior. Use the city moat map as the tail end of the chase route.

Over two dozen unique tiles for building a Japanese city’s wide-open streets with! Plenty of set pieces to link a street fight into your local area, including but not limited to:

• Temple Entrances Torii to mark the doorsteps to your city shrines.

• Forbidden Palace Gate: A forboding gate to the outer palace.

• Checkpoints: To block off unwanted pathways or to stymie approach to important locations.

• Staircases: For vertically-oriented cities & for rolling barrels down!

• More: Gardens. Canals. Walls. Moats. Setpieces for your scenes that get “taken outside the tavern”.

• Day/Night Variants: Nighttime & lit nighttime tiles provided wherever applicable!

All maps are provided with & without square grids in WEBP format. (Please note that while WEBP is compatible with all major VTTs, it may not be previewable in old Windows 10 photo viewers.)

In addition, a Foundry module with a compendium of two pre-built scenes using the modular tiles is provided. All tiles are in the /maps/ directory inside the module folder.

Furthermore, full-color PDF files in both single-page and divided poster formats are provided for printing!

• The divided poster PDFs are cut into US Letter-size pages; they have guidelines, sheet numbering, & a convenient sheet for sticking them together after you’ve printed them out, and have margins so that you don’t have to be pixel-perfect when cutting with your scissors.

• The single-sheet PDFs are suitable for making high-quality prints via print shops & on large-scale printers.
