la pioggia non finisce mai (Texas the Omertosa, Arknights)

I pulled 5 Texas Alters so far, so -- felt like a good time to draw her. ??

I tried to push the colors in some cool ways! Orange and blue is always a nice combo.  I originally had some crazy pure-black shading cutting the composition in half, but I felt like it didn't read very well. Might have to try something like that again in the future with a more simple subject.
