This is my first YCH, and depending on how it performs there may be more. So I'm not doing bidding or deadline on this, anyone can claim it and any number of people.

Rules: I will draw your character, almost any species, and accessories can be added, I can change the text for Cecelia and add your characters, and character expression of your choice. For further questions DM or comment, I won't make any changes to Cecelia but if there's something you want to add then we can negotiate.
