The consequences of being a rude tourist

You may recall that Susan here has been (to be frank) something of a demanding loudmouth during our time here. We tolerate much in our country, but here on the palace grounds there are more strict considerations in place. It appears she must have angered the wrong guard and is now paying the price for it. Shortly she will fit right in with the other strays you may have seen around the capital as we bussed in.

Ah, here's her husband...tell me sir, did you happen to see what she was doing to draw such ire? Urinating in the bushes? That'll do it. An appropriate punishment, now she can do that anywhere she likes. You don't seem as upset as some might expect, sir. I believe the rest of us can begin to understand why.
