PGD JEEP PACK V1.21 BUGFIX ALONG WITH MEGA FRAME BUG FIX

there was a few issues with the last update, should be resolved now, also did a small config refresh on the mega truck expansion to fix some issues that were there, and swapped them all over to built LS engines

YOU NEED BBCUSTOMS NEWEST WHEEL PACK FOR CONFIGS TO WORK CORRECTLY!
ALSO NEED MY ENGINE PACK!

CHANGES
-fixed cj5 texture issues
-fixed configs for mega truck expansion
-swapped all mega truck configs over to LS engines
