The year is coming to a close. Thank you so much for everything this year!

There were quite a few changes to working process this year, and thanks to those changes I managed to clear some items off my to-to list — but somehow an even larger pile of items accumulated. It's largely because my work speed is so slow.

When people look at AI images and find them decent yet somehow awkward, The culprits can be anything. like, the fingers, weird gibberish text (like it's in some alien language), and the gaze.

The first two are pretty obvious issues, so let me talk a bit more about the gaze.

Since “looking at viewer” is the default in many cases, it can end up feeling like the character is staring at some strange, unintended spot. like staring at viewer the whole time. Of course, I can add prompts like “facing away,” “looking at another” or “looking up", but the most reliable fix is simply correcting it manually with editing tools.

So before uploading the results, I usually fix those awkward parts if it's needed(gaze, fingers, then the etc—adjust overly bizarre clothing,erase unrecognizable alien text,details like beauty mark if it's needed, making nipples or armpits somewhat appealing, and so on). image(Himeko052) from the current upload as an example — fixed the eyes and mouth, removed a weird lump above the head, and adjusted the background for morning. I think raw image isn’t complete garbage, But uploading without making these minimum edits, it feels disrespectful. I’m not even sure who it would be rude to, but it just feels rude somehow. Instinctively, I feel like I shouldn’t do that.

I make these adjustments because I want to create something I can call “my work.” That’s why I believe it’s worth spending hours editing a single image, that's why I try to add dialogue and building a story, that's why I’m hesitant to make posts about games I’m not familiar with (like Zenless Zone Zero or Blue Archive, despite getting so many requests for them).

When it comes to games and characters I don’t know, I struggle to figure out what kind of edits or direction would feel right. Or even, what kind of direction you guys would feel right.

I just want you to feel the thoughts and emotions I had with a particular character. And in the same way, I’d love to know what kinds of thoughts and feelings you have when you look at certain characters.

I’ve talked way too much about myself, Now let me address some of the things you’ve all shared with me.

About Zenless Zone Zero — I’ve received a ton of requests for it. So I thought, “Okay, I should at least try playing it first,” and ended up installing the game. I’ll talk more about that later if I get the chance. After all, adding yet another task to an already overflowing worklist feels like a bad idea right now. Also, regarding newer characters (for example, Nefer or Lauma) — I’m sorry. For now, I can only work with characters released before July 2025. Most newer ones are currently impossible for me, so they’ll remain as potential future candidates.

Finally, about the password.

Until now, I’ve changed the password once every month, but I realized this was becoming too complicated for new subscribers — and it would only get more complicated going forward. I considered a few options:

1. Keep things as they are

2. Remove passwords entirely

3. Use a single unified password

I decided on option 3. Starting with posts uploaded in 2026, I’ll use one unified password for the year.

I haven’t decided yet whether I’ll set a new password for 2027 or keep the same one, but at least for 2026, it’ll be the single password I send to all of you.
