[Exclusive - Giant 360º] The Last Stand in Stonecourt
The rusted gate of the ancient castle groaned as Tharion shoved it open with force. Beside him, Elrik, the second warrior, sharpened his blade with a watchful gaze, while the mage Kael studied the towering ruins.
"This place reeks of death," Elrik muttered.
"And gold," Tharion replied with a grin, stepping onto the weed-choked stones of the castle courtyard.
The trio advanced into the wide, open yard, surrounded by high walls and hollow windows that stared like empty eyes. It was there, according to legend, that the path to the castle's treasure lay. But before they could even reach the main gate—
A tremor shook the ground beneath their feet. Stones rattled. Crows burst from the ramparts in a panicked swarm.
From the shadows between two towers, something massive stirred. A foot the size of a wagon slammed into the earth. Then, with a roar that cracked the sky, a giant emerged.
Made of flesh, stone, and raw power, the titan’s eyes blazed like burning coals, and his limbs were thick as castle walls.
"Intruders..." the giant’s voice thundered. "You shall die small."
Without warning, he raised one enormous foot and brought it down, aiming to crush them where they stood.
"Prismatic Barrier!" Kael shouted, raising his staff skyward.
A dome of shimmering magic burst into life around the trio. The giant’s foot struck it with a deafening impact but was thrown back in a flash of light, forcing the colossus to stagger.
"Nice one, Kael!" Tharion called out.
But the mage was already pale, breath ragged.
"I… I don’t have the strength for another..."
The giant roared in fury. His skin glowed red, veins pulsing like molten rivers. Then, before their eyes, he grew even larger, towering over the very walls of the castle. With renewed rage, he raised his foot once more.
Tharion and Elrik charged, blades ready — but it was like rushing a mountain. Their steel would never reach his flesh.
Kael tried to lift his staff... but collapsed to his knees, drained.
The trio stood helpless in the courtyard, beneath the shadow of the titan, as the sky disappeared behind the sole of an unstoppable foot.
