End of January Update Post! + Previews

Hi everyone, happy end of January!

First things first, I wanted to announce the next Reze animation will be the final installment of the series I was doing on social media. I've never seen so much engagement on an animation, so a longer animation is already underway for Reze, spanning around 3-5 minutes. I'm really enjoying working with her and Denji!

Here are the January previews. The first preview is from the Sono Bisque Doll project. The second preview is from the Reze project. The third and fourth previews are from the Solo Leveling project. The fifth preview is from the Kaiju No. 8 project. The last preview is from the Sakamoto Days project.

Apologies for not giving a mid month update in January on the Sono Bisque Doll project, but I am expecting to release the final project in the beginning of February, hopefully around the first week. I can't wait for people to see the final art and compositing on this project!

The Solo Leveling project is hopefully going to be an end of March release, a lot of the shots for it are entering final linework and color. The Kaiju No. 8 and Sakamoto Days projects are also still on track to be released before the middle of the year as well. I will let everyone know when I have a tentative release date for the longer Reze animation, following the completion of the social media series I was doing, but it should be sometime around or after the Kaiju No. 8 and Sakamoto Days projects are released.

I am going to post two more work in progress shots of the Reze project tomorrow as a New Year bonus for everyone!

I hope everyone had a good first month of 2026, and I can't wait for everyone to see what else this year will bring for Maplestar!
