[Pin-up] Showering with Elaine

I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone by making Elaine's pin-up something I can add to the game. I hope y'all don't mind. ^w^;;

Also, unfortunately I accidentally saved over the 4k version of the third image when making the 2k version. I wish I could say this was an April's Fools thing, but no I legit fucked up. ;w;
