Perona's tiny worshipper

So, first of, thank you all for your patience with me going on a brief breka to focus on studying for a potential future position. The final interview has come and gone, and I can finally jump back into art for you all.

I have started reading One Piece again, and am currently at the War arc, and this lil beauty has been on my mind for a while now. Here we have a low ranking Navy member, who is currently being made to serve Perona's now gigantic sole.
