We're going to look at the patterns that form in these waves. Now there's two things that we're interested in. You are looking to trade in the direction of the supply demand imbalance or if there's a loss of momentum. You cannot operate trying to trade every wave up and down even on a daily chart.

 [股價常以之字(Zig-Zag)的波浪形態運行]我們會關注當中的圖形。當中有兩大重點：供需不平衡[即股價快速向一邊運行]，以及動能減弱。你不能試圖交易每一個波動，即使是在日線圖上也不行。

We've already determined that the market structure will number one determine the trend okay and the momentum and the support and resistance. Let me just go back to this chart because I neglected to show you two key things on this. First example here on the left we obviously have an uptrend okay because we've got a pattern of higher highs and higher lows.

At this point we have an ABC correction down now as you well know this also has an outcome of leading to another swing up so just because we have a lower high that does not dictate a trend reversal because we have a lower low that does not dictate a trend reversal it could simply be an ABC and resume itself in the direction of the trend same thing over here.

 所謂了解市場或圖表的解構，[我們會從較高時框的圖表，利用swing high和swing low]去決定趨勢，還有動能，支撐和阻力。讓我回到這張圖表，因為我忘記向大家展示兩個關鍵的概念。從下圖，我們可以斷定股價正處於上行趨勢，因為一頂高過一頂，一底高過一底。

The second outcome is a trend reversal in which case we have that lower high and that lower low and then we take out that low and that's a trend reversal point and I'm going to tell you why these patterns are so incredibly powerful. s

A-B-C回調的第二種結果，是趨勢反轉，在這種情況下，圖表會一底低過一底，然後突破[第二個]swing low，即所謂趨勢反轉點。我會告訴你，為什麼這些圖形，威力會如斯強大。

If you draw a horizontal line through these swings, now you'll see that we have rotated around a central value several times and that's what builds up the power once the market then moves in either direction. It is because you have built some type of equilibrium level or balance or volume node if you're into profile theory, and then when you pull out of that node one side is you've built up more power for a better trend.

如果在這些波段中，畫一條水平線，你會看到價格於一個線，來回折返幾次，這為未來價格趨勢積累了力量。

[價格於區間中來回浮動]意味著均衡的確立，或稱之為「成交量節點(high volume node)」。一旦價格離開區間，價格趨勢會因為力量的累積變得強勁。

*What is A-B-C?

A-B-C is a term borrowed from Elliot Wave terminology that denotes a three-wave corrective pattern that is often found in the middle of a trend. Waves A, B and C are often of the same magnitude in both price and time, and the pattern tends to have the appearance of a zigzag.
