Patreon changes starting in January

Hello guys! I’m finally making this post to inform you about the changes I’ve been mentioning for awhile. As I said, I’m going to focus on commissions from now on, but Patreon will still be here to offer content. However it will need a tier restructuring to adapt to this new stage, which I hope I’ll be able to clearly specify on this post so you have a clear idea of what to expect from now on.

As I mentioned above, tiers will be changing. The perks for every tier will be:

2$ tier :

General support tier. Tip-jar of sorts.

5$ tier:

Tier for getting high resolution versions of the art I’ll be making from now on. Ideally, it will be all commissioned work that I can share with you. Wips and resources I sometimes make will be shared here as well.

10$ tier: 

This tier will become a permanent archive for the last two years of content (2023 and 2024). Also will include tier 5$ perks.

20$ tier:

Same as above, but the archive will include all the Patreon art I’ve made from 2018 to 2024. Also will include tier 5$ perks.

Important disclaimers:

• The archives available for tiers 10 and 20 won’t include psds or clip files, just the png alts for each set. The volume of the total files is too big for storing them permanently, and I think it would be a nuisance for those pledging and downloading the whole thing.

• The art submitted to Patreon won’t be deleted anymore (unless Patreon comes knocking and forces me to for some reason), so summary posts like “January rewards” or DM links won’t be required; The content offered will be available to you at the moment I make the post, and it will still be there unless unforeseen circumstances.

• I’ll be changing the first-of-the-month payment model to subscription model. Since Patreon forces us to make the change before November next year, I’ll make the change now. That means nothing for you if you maintain your pledge, it’s just relevant if you’re new, where your pledge will renew the same date as you first joined.

• For those wondering, being a Patron will guarantee preference in getting commission slots.

• Tiers will be modified and the new system will start working on January 1st. That day Patreon billing will be reactivated and the archive gallery will be available.

• As you can imagine commissions will be opened very soon. In December 23rd I'll open the request period to start discussing details and prices. If you're interested, hit me up with a mail then!
