With Randolph about to depart on his mission to infiltrate Garreg Mach Monastery as an exact copy of Shamir, he spends time with the Prime Minister, Ferdinand, and makes a drunken request of the nobleman: show him a good time. Ferdinand, ever the gentleman (and, he must admit, quite curious to see what lies beneath "Shamir's" tight-fitting clothes), cannot refuse the offer, and the two engage in a scandalous one-night affair.

Meanwhile, the real Shamir makes a daring escape from her cell using a well-concealed lockpick, and moves to recover the research notes and materials that brought about the transformative Crest Stone's creation.
