Temptation's Ballad: Build 0.2.5.2 (September 14th, 2024)

Hi guys! I'm sorry for the delay again, job and family obligations kinda popped up at the same time and grounded me into a fine paste. But in any case, I'm back home and ready to roll out more TB updates! This build contains the start of Chapter 4 and will contain some setup for the story moving forward. It feels so nice to write these characters again tbh. And working with a screen that's not 4:3 qwq

Changelog:

• 14,318 words of story have been added to Chapter 4!

• 10 of Calder's sprites have been redone!

• 13 of Grank's sprites have been redone and additional sprites have been added! They are not shown here for spoiler reasons.

• 1 new sprite for a new character

• 1 new spell FX animation for Ilia!

• 1 new spell FX animation for Cole!

• New map icon art for Prince Cassius

• 2 new hand-drawn backgrounds!

• Currently in the process of converting all the images in Temptation's Ballad from PNG/JPEGs to WEBP files. This will drastically reduce the file size of the game for smoother downloads in future updates. All new art has been given this treatment, while older assets will be converted as more updates roll out.
