Goats Book 5 Page 48
This one took a long time. I won't make you wait another second:

This was a difficult page to complete, for a number of reasons. Technically it was a monster, extremely tough to draw from a physical perspective. For me. I'm still not thrilled with the final product. I don't consider myself a technically skilled artist, I do what feels good, and none of this felt good to me. And even more difficult than the technical stuff was the emotional stuff. The anxiety of sitting down and committing to choices. Dealing with depression and executive dysfunction and trying to push forward, there were a few weeks where I didn't make much progress. I'm trying to take stock of what all this means and make improvements where I can.
I'm talking about this here so you're not left in the dark, wondering where updates are. I'm always working on them. Just not as quickly as I want to.
Anyway! I hope the work paid off, lots of fun background gags of course, and I'll see you back here as soon as humanly possible with the next page. Faster this time, I suspect.
Thanks for your support. As always.
