Anywho... It's that time, for Mooniverse News...
Some very early looks at some things (Ann's RPGM Avatar and the Title screen)... This still needs adjustment... But some concrete things to show you that things are indeed moving along...
As you can see... I love my references and showing love to my donors and having fun like titbits for you to look around and find. Thats 12 small events to unlock by talking to Layla and growing your relationship with her to unlock access to her room to just look at if you like to explore. Have you ever played a AAA game and its just empty space with tons of running to do? That's always been my fear with RPGM games. This is why I wanted BAG CITY to feel BIG but also not so big you are running around aimlessly. You look at this and you get where things are without much pain or stress. This is also why development is slower... Taking my time and fixing not only my errors of the past (dropping a first release that was ass. Only really Bonecrushboy was around for it...) and make an open world I know people wouldn't loathe. This design can be EASILY expanded upon too... and it STILL needs tweaked.
However, not going to lie to you guys either. 2025 has been... a thing... That said, I am likely going to scale back my bigger ideas and create enough content for a solid first release... But nothing as cobbled together as then Project Moon Chapter 1 was. This time my foundation is light years better than it was in 2023. So... take care... Until next time...
