Real Magic TV ✨| The Witches of Holloway Road ?

In this video, I share more about the background of The Witches of Holloway Road and what makes it so special to me.

If you’ve read my book The Witches of Holloway Road, you’ll know it’s based in Wellington, New Zealand. It’s the story of a woman called Ursula who discovers her own magic. It involves a lot of genuine magic and shadow work she has to do to embrace her powers and overcome the challenges in the story. Holloway Road is an actual street in Wellington and while I didn't mention it in the video I wanted to let you know that the book also includes a real shop called the Wellington Apothecary!

Some of my good friends (who are herbalists and naturopaths) created this amazing shop ten years ago and I wanted to bring it into the story too because I love that place and I love the fact they were able to turn their passion and interests into their livelihood… which is also what I’ve been able to do with my writing, and there’s nothing better than being able to finally after so many years do the work you absolutely love and create what you want to create.
