The Luv Agency (title pending) is a secret organization that upholds Cupids laws, laws that keep love and relationships stable. Jin Stark is a con-man who destroyed countless relationships by seducing and hooking up with married women. The Love Upholding Vigilance (LUV) agency has finally caught up to him to stop him from destroying more relationships.
