Rights and Privileges of VIP Members

VIP Payment and Registration Process

• For non-supporters: Payment is processed immediately upon selecting the VIP tier, and the date of payment will be registered as your recurring billing date.

• For existing supporters: The VIP tier is an upgrade to your current menu, and the next payment will occur on the same day of the following month as your previous payment. Please review your current payment date and conditions before proceeding.

• If you upgrade your support tier at the end of the month, double billing may occur.

• A Discord account is required to receive a dedicated role and access the channels for communication with FAF team members. If you don’t have an account, it is highly recommended to create one.

• Once registered, the manager will contact you via the Patreon system as soon as your payment is confirmed. However, if you have time, please send a message to the team through Patreon for faster registration.

• VIP members can request one exclusive illustration per month through the VIP channel.

• Exclusive illustrations can be created by team members available during the applicable period. If you do not have a preferred team member, please notify the manager. (Failure to do so may result in the loss of your illustration request opportunity.)

• Exclusive illustration requests can be substituted with other types of requests, such as setting up a VR avatar, playing VR games together, or other customized requests through coordination with the manager.

• The feasibility of your exclusive illustration request will be determined based on the team member's available working time (2 days, 48 hours) and the complexity of the request.

When requesting an exclusive illustration, please consider the following guidelines:

• The overall illustration (characters + background + objects + variations + composition) will be reviewed to determine any limitations or adjustments needed.

• Characters: The standard is up to 2 characters; requests exceeding this may require adjustments or modifications.

  • If a single character is drawn multiple times due to specific situations or actions, each instance is counted as one character.

• Objects: Vehicles, machinery, buildings, animals, and other non-human elements that require significant working time may have a greater impact on the request than the number of characters.

  • However, some team members are less affected by object-related delays, so this impact may vary.

• Backgrounds: The inclusion of backgrounds significantly affects the workload.

• Composition and size: The size of the illustration and the proportions of characters visible on screen can also influence the complexity of the work.

If the process feels overly complex or unclear, simply submit your desired request, and the manager will assist you in refining it. The manager will work closely with you to align your request with the team’s capabilities and ensure it is delivered to the team members effectively.

Exclusive Illustrations: Flexibility and Guidelines

• Exclusive illustrations are adjusted flexibly based on the team’s schedule and the condition of the team members. As such, requests may be modified as needed. We kindly ask for your patience after submitting a request, and we will do our best to deliver your desired illustration.

• If you do not submit an illustration request or notify the manager of a delay or valid reason, your illustration request privilege may be forfeited. This is to prevent excessive delays or accumulation of pending requests that could disrupt the team’s workflow. Please ensure that you submit your request within the designated period, or inform the manager if you are unable to do so.

• Even if you fail to notify the manager immediately, your VIP rights will be safeguarded as much as possible, provided that the situation and conditions are reasonable and understandable.

VIP Restrictions and Guidelines

• Respecting Team Goals: VIP supporters must not interfere with the team’s goals or tasks.

• Behavioral Standards: Even as a VIP, actions that cause social controversy or public backlash may result in the restriction or revocation of your VIP privileges and rights.

• Team Impact: VIP members’ behavior or attitude must not disrupt team activities. If a VIP’s actions negatively impact the team, the team reserves the right to hold the individual accountable.

• Illustration Requests: Illustration requests should not interfere with team members’ activities. Requests that contradict or harm the beliefs, actions, or image of team members—including those related to politics, religion, society, ideology, or philosophy—may be explicitly declined. Repeatedly pressuring the team on such matters can result in the revocation of VIP privileges.

• 배경의 유무는 작업에 큰 비중을 차지합니다.

• VIP는 VIP의 권한과 지위를 가지고 다른 후원자를 위협하거나 방해해서는 안됩니다. 저희 팀의 VIP 품위를 해치는 행동은 다른 VIP 후원자들에게 민폐입니다.

• 또한, FAF 내 활동 중에 문제가 발생한 경우 매니저를 통해서 해결하시길 바랍니다. 매니저가 전부 적절한 조치와 도움을 통해서 문제 해결을 위해 최선을 다해 도와드릴 것 입니다.
