unpack the main file.

You get 1 directory per character, navigate to it and copy the texture files you want to your:

FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Content\Paks\~mods

directory.

Every character has, the character textures, the weapon textures, and optional eye textures you can install. You can also just pick the weapon, character or just the eye textures.
