Animation Feedback Needed

(Tier 2 and above)  

I am very slowly learning and completing the animation, I imagine the final will be done in a week or so. 

The attached file is the ending part of the animation, I wanted the face fk to get very intense, and pov character ears start ringing. But I am not certain if the face fk speed is too fast for 24frame/sec, or if the ear ringing noises are too much.  

I would like people's feedback on this part, including anything else that can be improved on, since I am not sure if it's good enough,
