QUAD DAY KILLED ME

todays quad day absolutely demolished me, but it was worth. I’m gonna start listing the workouts I did for today :) I also brought Shane with me to get him started on working out hehe. Was v enjoyable.

LEG PRESS

  • 3x12
  • INCREASE WEIGHT EVERY SET

BARBELL REVERSE LUNGES

  • 95lbs 4x12 (each side)

Calf raises

  • 4x15
