The Absolute State of Suck Session
This picture sums up my progress with is what is shaping up to be an over 600 slide narrated graphic novella. As you can see, I've learned a lot about and have gotten much more tasteful with the use of lighting and post-processing. This would be one of my favorite images ever, except for the crappy, low-poly soap foam attachment on the butt, which I plan to replace with painted on fluid textures or find a more satisfying solution to.
So it's like that. I've got a collection of images that I'm mostly happy with, many of which I have one or two problems with that I'd have to go back into DAZ of Blender to change at the source level. This is very time consuming, but I'm committed to at least have the visuals for Suck Session done by year's end.
I'm still holding out hope that I can have a product out by New Year's Day. It's hard to predict how long it will take to format and sequence everything while adding narration. Keeping up with putting out a consistent amount of new content (learning new stuff along the way) will always be the top priority.
It'll be a relief when this is done though. So many mistakes will never be made again and I'll be capable of creating something this big in much less time going forward. Finishing will also free up time to get much better at animation. There will absolutely be clips up in 2024. That's my New Year's resolution.
Not everyone here might have family to see this Thanksgiving, or be from the US. Holidays can be depressing times for some so be sure that I will not be taking a break from posting content over these next weeks. I have too many ideas to rill out. I'll have a couple new sets up tomorrow.
