WIP Wednesday

So what am I working on?

1. I'm never going to stop thinking about these idiots. I'm writing a Spock/ Kirk/ La'an fanfic that takes up about 20 - 99% of my brain at any given time. I need to actually draw backgrounds/ settings. They do make a difference, as much as I hate to admit it. What's going on with this setting? I have no idea. I'll figure it out eventually...

2. One of my life goals is to draw a cover that makes you think "how the eff is that legal??" and this one is pretty close! If you look under the text, The Reaper is fingering her. Teehee.

3. Staithe has asked for Magneto/ Professor X smut every month for a year, so I'm finally making him some sexy X-Men! Let's just ignore that Maggy Daddy doesn't have a head yet...

4. From the graveyard! I fell in love with this Discovery of Witches fanfic back in 2022. I think about it all the time, so I wanted to draw Baldwin and his witch (an OC). But I couldn't get her eye quite right and just never finished. Then, Alicia.mb.art (who's incredible and lovely) put out this piece of fanart from Bride by Ali Hazelwood using the same reference photos and model. She and I are colleagues, so I don't want to put out something so close to her work. I got scooped, but that happens. Maybe I'll come back to this idea and make something else.
