Character creator UI test

Hey Operators!  Last week I showed you the new character creator UI design; this week we made it work in the browser.

This demo lets you click through the screens and change the values.  It's simple (and full of placeholder text), but I wanted to share the progress with you.  Please let me know if you have any feedback/bug reports.

Known issues:

• The Female Agent banner is stretched.  (This image is being replaced in the next version with the banner above!)
• The flag shadows don't display properly
• Avatar too small
• Adults Only warning page not mobile friendly
• In some browsers, the change log page shows a horizontal scroll bar, and the top menu moves to the right when you leave the page

We'll be fixing all this stuff over the next few days.  If you spot any more problems, please let me know so I can add them to the list.
