This book is a tabletop roleplaying accessory that contains content and lore usable in any game system or campaign setting of your choice. While the adventures are tailored specifically for Tales of the Valiant and Fifth Edition, you can easily adjust them to suit whatever ruleset you choose to employ.

People of the Witchfen

The people of the Witchfen are as diverse and enigmatic as the land itself. In Yargovic, a city at the north edge of Lake Mourushka, a mix of Novarian settlers and descendants, animistic tribes, and foreign merchants creates a tense atmosphere, where political intrigue and superstition thrive under the rule of the city’s Boyars. Crnigrad, the last dry outpost before the swamp, is home to hardy folk who cling to ancient traditions, including the animistic followers of the Eternal Circle. Dubovac, deep in the swamp, is a stilted village with a diverse population, including reptilian races like the Zmajevi and Bogfolk, all of whom navigate the dangers of the marsh and ancient Suladrin ruins. Beyond the settlements, outcasts, swamp-dwellers, and twisted beings like Morvok's Children, human males transformed into goblyns through dark magic, roam the treacherous depths of the Witchfen.
