[Announcements] Here's what I've been working on...

Hey friends!

Just a heads-up on where I've been over the last few days. We're already six days into October and I haven't really released anything. That's because I've been working an enormous project which has taken up most of this week:

DMDave's Ravenloft Redux!

Basically, I'm rewriting the entirety of Castle Ravenloft to release with the fan content policy. This enormous bastard required me to basically rewrite every square inch of the infamous castle to avoid direct plagiarism. But in order to keep it cohesive with the original maps and stories, I've also had to redo the old maps in exactly the same design (see my version of the first map above). PLUS, I've come up with some all new creatures and mechanics to go with it.

As it stands, the whole thing is at about 60 pages. I suspect it'll be closer to 72 once I'm finished with it.

This is easily one of the biggest adventures I've ever written (well, kinda written).

PLUS, it's FREE (for a little while, at least).

What's after that?

Once I release the new Castle Ravenloft, I'm going to start back doing the Dark Menagerie series. It's those Dungeons & Lairs that feature new monsters which, of course, are pulled from Ravenloft. I've got approximately 24 more of them to do, including finishing out the Death Elementals arc that's only had parts one and two released so far.

I plan on getting Buckler done probably before I go out of town on Wednesday. The Buckler's a big one and will feature every adventure I wrote last month, so be sure to pick it up.

We're also building a list of old modules that we need to fix, so expect to see a few of those drop this month.

And for you Just Passing Through Fans, I'm working on making The Witchfen a standalone JPT book. There's a lot of cool details I've come up with for this new pseudo-setting, which I think you'll enjoy.
