More work on Cut the Deck - we've passed 81% shipped and are chasing up all the loose ends. Shipping will be closed from July 19-August 10 while the USA team take a break; but we'd like to wrap up as much as possible before then. I've been redesigning the Move cards to feature their text, which some people like and some people don't like. It's important that it's clear what Move it is from either side of the table, but I'm happy to leave them as they were going forward, if that is the general consensus.

There's been some interest in letting people commission their OCs in a deck of "Heroes from Strange Lands" expansion cards for Cut the Deck, but I think I would really have to get the price point right to make it worthwhile. Introducing new characters that aren't mine always tends to weaken the canon of the Universe because people keep asking about characters I have no intention of fleshing out further (lots of people want Motar from the Swor'nament to return, for example).

My roof spung a leak and a torrent of water landed directly on a tower of Cut the Deck copies I had arranged for a photo shoot! Aah!! Luckily, they were all sealed, but it's hard to trust leaving so much paper-based stock in my office now. I'm a bit backed up on mailing things, so I better pick up the pace this week.

Finished watching Taskmaster UK Season 19. Reached Act 3 of Expedition 33 (wow).

I've had 12 people sign up to Patreon this week (thank you!), so I owe you 60 push-ups before next week. I've attached the first 10 but as it turns out, I haven't done that in a while and need to ease back into it! I'm sure you're all going to complain about my technique. I'm not sorry for the bed hair though, it is my natural state. You don't finish comics by spending all day working on your hair. I fell off the no-sugar plan on Day 6 with some chocolate - I'll pick it up again on Monday.
