Kayla's First Session

Here is Kayla's first full session! This was her first experience with trance, and while initially needing a little extra trance time, she ended up being an excellent subject. She mentions at one point she was very skeptical going into the session, and you can see she's surprised throughout the session at just how responsive she ended up being.

List of Suggestions:

• I guide her into trance for the first time

• I deepen her trance (8 minutes)

• She goes back into trance when I say the trigger word SLEEP

• I wake her from trance only to guide her right back under using her SLEEP trigger (17 minutes)

• I further deepen her trance (22 minutes)

• I have her say her SLEEP trigger a few times while she's in trance (27 minutes)

• I wake her from trance again and drop her back under with her SLEEP trigger (30 minutes)

• I have her say her SLEEP trigger while in trance a few more times (36 minutes)

• I have her forget the number four but she struggles to count at all (40 minutes)

• She finds she also can't remember her name (41 minutes)

• I drop her into trance with her SLEEP trigger (43 minutes)

• I have her say her SLEEP trigger a few times while in trance (49 minutes)

• She becomes frozen in place like a statue whenever I say the trigger word FREEZE

• She wakes from trance and immediately shouts "four," finally able to remember the number (55 minutes)

• We have a short chat about her experience so far (55 minutes)

• Her mind goes blank when I say the trigger BLANK (58 minutes)

• I guide her back into trance (59 minutes)

• I drop her into trance (1 hour 2 minutes)

• I wake her and drop her into trance again (1 hour 5 minutes)

• She's frozen and I pose her arms while she remains frozen (1 hour 8 minutes)

• She's frozen and posed again (1 hour 9 minutes)

• I guide her into trance and she demonstrates some heavy eyerolls (1 hour 10 minutes)

• She thinks of the phrase "I am deeply hypnotized" whenever I ask her how she feels but you can see she almost goes into trance at first (1 hour 12 minutes)

• She's frozen and posed a few times (1 hour 14 minutes)

• I drop her into trance and she once again shows some heavy eyerolls (1 hour 16 minutes)

• She drops into trance anytime I pass my hand across her eyes (1 hour 18 minutes)

• I have her stand up and drop her with the handswipe trigger a few more times (1 hour 20 minutes)

• I drop her a few more times while she's sitting (1 hour 20 minutes)

• I freeze and pose her (1 hour 21 minutes)

• I guide her into trance and she demonstrates some heavy eyerolls again (1 hour 22 minutes)

• She's frozen and posed (1 hour 25 minutes)

• She becomes a chicken (1 hour 25 minutes)

• She's frozen and posed again (1 hour 27 minutes)

• She's dropped into trance once more (1 hour 28 minutes)

• As I drop her hand in trance, you can hear it thud against the chair she's so deep in trance (1 hour 30 minutes)

• She experiences a pleasurable handshake to end the session (1 hour 30 minutes)
