Cara's First Session

Here is Cara's first full session! This was her first ever experience with trance, and she turned out to be a great subject. She had a very open mind, and even mentioned afterwards that it felt like I had "opened her third eye."

List of Suggestions:

• I guide her into trance for the first time

• She becomes frozen in place like a statue whenever I say the trigger word FREEZE

• She drops into trance anytime I say the trigger word DROP

• I wake her from trance and we chat about her experience so far (18 minutes)

• She's frozen for the first time (20 minutes)

• I use her drop trigger to take her back down into trance (21 minutes)

• She drops all the way (23 minutes)

• She automatically finds herself saying she's "deeply mesmerized" anytime I ask her how she feels or how she's doing (27 minutes)

• I entrance her with her "deeply mesmerized" trigger (30 minutes)

• I count her down into trance (32 minutes)

• She freezes in place very slowly (37 minutes)

• I use her "deeply mesmerized" trigger while she's frozen and entrance her (39 minutes)

• She drops into a short trance anytime I say the trigger phrase SLEEP NOW (45 minutes)

• I count her down into trance (48 minutes)

• She becomes a cat (50 minutes)

• She becomes a puppy (55 minutes)

• I guide her back into trance while she's still a puppy (57 minutes)

• She becomes a chicken (58 minutes)

• I guide her into trance while she's a chicken (1 hour)

• She automatically begins to twerk anytime I say the trigger TWERK TIME (1 hour 5 minutes)

• Her mouth and tongue becoming increasingly numb each time I say the trigger NUMB (1 hour 8 minutes)

• She becomes mesmerized as she sees my pocket watch (off-screen) (1 hour 14 minutes)

• I count her down into trance while she's mesmerized (1 hour 15 minutes)

• She becomes stuck in a trance loop, waving at the camera and saying she's "deeply mesmerized" (1 hour 19 minutes)

• She feels a wave of pleasure whenever I say the trigger word PLEASURE (1 hour 23 minutes)

• She feels a building pleasure as I count from 1 to 5, and the pleasure releases when I say the word RELEASE (1 hour 25 minutes)

• I wake her for the last time and we have a short chat about her experience (1 hour 33 minutes)
