Roaring Spirits - Lucille Early Concept

Early concept design for Lucille -- a calico cat who enrolls in her first year as a freshman at KOU. Growing up, Lucille was considered a child prodigy and a savant'-- a gifted child, at the top of her classes during grade school, and accepted into one of the best schools in the nation. What she lacks in prowess, height, street smarts, and a back bone, she makes up in her intelligence and book smarts.

Tired of being a pushover , Lucille also wishes to become a strong fighter herself. Her only problem is -- she seemingly has no spirit ability! Now the question remains: does she lack spirit, or is she simply a late bloomer, waiting for her potential spirit ability to awaken?

Maybe she'd find out if she stopped avoiding confrontations.
