HELLO BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!! it's pretty funny that last week's Back Log was a day late and i had a proper meltdown about it, and then this week it's WORSE! all that being said, easter monday threw all my shit outta wack so maybe actually blame easter. we're hunting down that freakin' rabbit and putting him back inside the egg. i don't know the lore. jesus might be involved.

BACK POCKET TONIGHT

we had the pleasure of welcoming variety streamer and all-round delight MissIria onto the show for the first time, and it was such a joy!!

we chatted a bit about the gameplay reveal of Marathon, Bungie's new take on their 1994 title for the Apple Macintosh. in a move nobody saw coming for games of the current era, it's going to be a multiplayer extraction shooter! wawaweewa!

Pete went Heisenberg mode in Schedule I, MissIria became a father figure in God of War Ragnarok, Gus navigated through an active Call of Duty: Warzone, and Ruby (me) planned out her dead great uncle's estate in Blue Prince!

we also got a bit arty-farty in a game of Pocktionary, and played some good ol'-fashioned Nicrotex-made Screenshot in the Dark. check it out!

as for me, i'm filling up my time playing Balatro on my IPAD and my PHONE because i have NO SELF CONTROL!! but i'm also jumping into Look Outside, a VERY cool horror game published by my faves Devolver Digital.

outside of BP, i'm actually getting involved in a little bit of gamemaking! nothing huge, just some fun little game jams and experimental bits and pieces. hopefully playable in the near future hehehehe
