Legends of Baba Set [MORE SKETCH PAGES]

Hey gang,

I made some updates to the designs of my various Greek gods and goddesses, so I thought I would include last week's layout in this tranche of new pages from the opening of my new story, Legends of Baba-Set. I tweaked Poseidon and Zeus' hair a bit. I also removed the diamonds under Aphrodite's eyes but kept them on Athena.

In this short sequence I think you'll see how the plot is developing a bit, as Zeus refuses to give aid to Aphrodite in her conflict against Baba-Set, forcing the goddess of love and beauty to take matters into her own hands.

The setting of the ancient Greek patheon gives me so many opportunities for beautiful, cinematic and otherworldly locales. I'm looking forward to doing more, as we will eventually visit the temple of Baba-Set himself. Note also that Aphrodite leaves a trail of freshly blooming flowers in her wake, a touch I stole from a clip of the Hercules animated series I saw, lol.
