We had multiple up days and just one down bar, all right? Just one red bar. So typically when you have multiple green bars up and you get one down bar after you've had consecutive green bars, that's gonna set up a buy day.

Let me show you the trap, okay?  This is the classic trap where we had this trading range formation because we have two data points to the upside and two data points to the downside.  You define the trading range once you get the two data points to the upside and the two data points to the downside.

Traps tend to be very quick okay if it's going to be a trap you will know it fairly quickly within one or two bars in general and that's what causes the setup for big wins.

Right you pull the handle you get a good win and what do they want to do?  They want to take your money back by chopping you up in these prolonged rotation ranges.  So we have to pay very close attention how to recognize when we are starting to get that contraction in volatility.  

All this price bar overlap starts to be clues we have very early clues when we get multiple bars of price overlap.  And of course in trading ranges once you see the range formed by the support and the resistance levels defined.
