[0.2] Progress Update & poll

Hey hey!

The development of this episode is moving forward. Since last time, I’ve finished the background scenes and introduced the new character I mentioned in my previous post.

Right now, I’m working on the big H-scene I told you about, which involves both Kayane and Sylvia. It features plenty of custom animations and can play out in two different ways, depending on whether you want to be patient with this adorable Catian or prefer to get straight to the point.

I’ve reached the stage where I’ve completed all the animations for Kayane. Now, I still need to work on Sylvia’s (which are fewer since Kayane is the main focus of this scene) and the transition images between them.

I also wanted to take this Progress Update as an opportunity to ask you something. Do you find it bothersome that Kayane, like Sylvia, has a romance that automatically triggers at the end of the last episode? This isn’t something I plan to do with other characters, but given the context, I didn’t see much reason to offer a choice to reject it. That said, I’d still like to know if any of you were bothered by not having that option, and if so, how would you have had the MC react instead?

Le développement de cet épisode continue d'avancer. Depuis la dernière fois, j'ai terminé les scènes de background et l'introduction du nouveau personnage dont je parlais dans mon précédent post.

Actuellement, je travaille sur la grosse H-scene dont je vous parlais, qui concerne Kayane mais également Sylvia. Elle comporte de nombreuses animations custom et pourra se dérouler de deux manières, en fonction de si vous voulez être patient avec cette adorable Catienne ou si vous préférez aller droit au but.

J'en suis au point où j'ai terminé les animations qui concernent Kayane. Il me reste donc à faire celles de Sylvia (qui sont moins nombreuses, étant donné que Kayane est le focus principal de cette scène), ainsi que les images de transition entre celles-ci.

J'aimerais aussi profiter de ce Progress Update pour vous poser une question à ce sujet. Trouvez-vous cela gênant que Kayane, comme Sylvia, ait une romance qui se déclenche automatiquement à la fin de l'épisode 1 ? Ce n'est pas quelque chose que je compte reproduire avec d'autres personnages, mais compte tenu du contexte, je ne voyais pas vraiment de raison d'offrir un choix permettant de la rejeter. Cependant, j'aimerais quand même savoir si cela a dérangé certains d'entre vous de ne pas pouvoir le faire et si oui, comment auriez vous réagis à la place du MC ?
