We would like to inform you about the new system being implemented for Team Fire And Forget on Patreon.

What has happened?

As of November 2024, Patreon will discontinue support for the past system for App Store services and introduce a new subscription system.

As a result, starting from November 2024, there will be some changes, albeit not significant, to the system that has been in place since 2017 due to the introduction of a new payment system.

According to the notice, there are no mandatory changes for you as individual supporters; however, if needed, you can check your payment information and dates.

What are the changes?

• The past payment/reward system was as follows

Payments were processed collectively at the beginning of the following month, regardless of the participation date.

Rewards were sent out on the 5th of each month after the automatic payments were completed.

Late payments were processed collectively on the 25th of each month.

• The new payment/reward system will be as follows

Your participation date will be registered as the regular payment date, with payment processed immediately upon participation and recurring payments made on the regular payment date each month.

Therefore, a list will be available at the end of each month (30th or 31st) to confirm that all supporters’ payments have been completed (with possible changes for February).

Rewards will be sent out at the beginning of each month (from the 1st to the 5th).

Late payments will be processed collectively on the 25th of each month.

So, when will my payment be processed? When will rewards be provided?

• The payment and distribution dates for rewards are as follows

2024 Reward 10 has been changed to 2024 Reward 11 due to the potential for confusion among supporters. Thus, by the end of 2024, there should be no remaining 2024 Reward 10.

Supporters eligible for 2024 Reward 11 are those who complete their payments during the following periods:

All supporters who complete payments from November 1 to November 30, 2024.

Rewards will be distributed to all supporters who complete payments from December 1 to December 5, 2024.

Supporters eligible for 2024 Reward 12 are those who complete their payments during the following periods:

All supporters who complete payments from December 1 to December 31, 2024.

Rewards will be distributed to all supporters who complete payments from January 1 to January 5, 2025.

무슨 일이 발생했나요?

신규 구독 시스템을 도입합니다.

따라서 2024년 11월 부터 새로운 결제 시스템이 도입 됨에 따라 2017년부터 지금까지 유지되어온 시스템에 크진 않지만 변경된 부분이 있습니다.

안내에 따르면 후원자 개인이 변경하셔야 할 필수적인 사항은 없으나,

변경 점은 무엇인가요?

• 기존 결제 / 보상 시스템은 이랬습니다.

참가 일자와 관계 없이, 다음 달 초 결제를 일괄 진행.

이후 자동 결제가 끝나는 매 월 5일 보상 발송 진행.

이후 지연 결제자 매 월 25일 일괄 처리.

• 신규 결제 / 보상 시스템 은 이렇게 바뀝니다.

참가 일자가 정기 결제 일로 등록 되고 참가 즉시 결제, 이후 매 월 정기 결제 일에 결제.

따라서 모든 후원자의 결제가 마무리되는 매 월 말 (30,31일) (2월의 경우 변동 가능) 리스트 확인.

이후 매 월 초 발송 종료 ( 1일~5일 )

이후 지연 결제자 매 월 25일 일괄 처리.

그럼 제 결제는 언제 되고? 보상은 언제 제공되나요?

• 보상 결제 일자 및 지급 일자는 다음과 같습니다.

2024 Reward 10 은 후원자들이 혼선이 발생할 가능성이 높아 2024 Reward 11 로 변경됩니다.

따라서 2024년 중 지급된 보상을 모두 모았을 때, 2024 Reward 10은 없어야 정상입니다.

2024 Reward 11 에 해당되는 후원자들은 다음 기간에 속합니다.

2024년 11월 1일 ~ 2024년 11월 30일까지 결제가 완료된 후원자 전원.

2024년 12월 1일 ~ 2024년 12월 5일까지 결제가 완료된 후원자 전원에게 보상 발송.

2024 Reward 12 에 해당되는 후원자들은 다음 기간에 속합니다.

2024년 12월 1일 ~ 2024년 12월 31일까지 결제가 완료된 후원자 전원.

2025년 1월 1일 ~ 2025년 1월 5일까지 결제가 완료된 후원자 전원에게 보상 발송.
