Supergirl vs Conquest [p. 17-21]

Here's where the fun really begins. It's a nice change of pace to do a more enthusiastic and consenting female character. It's also a thrill to be able to play with the same super-powered impact shockwaves and action effects from earlier in the comic, but now in the context of sex instead of a fist-fight.

You'll also see the line between sex and playful violence (biting, slapping, choking) blurring a bit here, which is not something I've done a ton of before. In the end I guess this comic turned out to be an exploration of the way action and violence in media can mask sexual undertones. Huh!

I should say I was also inspired by the artist Fenris and his works, like Wondercunt, when laying out panels and planning compositions, and with how to show impact effects.
